Historic Roots

A Moving Journal  (1994–2006), published and edited by Annie Geissinger, Joan Webb, and Paula Sager, offered a space of inquiry for the diverse and international field of Authentic Movement practitioners. The Journal embodied the collective spirit that was such an important phase of the development of the Discipline of Authentic Movement.

Some of these groups have continued to meet as peer collectives for decades. This section offers writings from members of these long-standing retreat groups. We welcome more!
